About Our Farm

Lachlan was a long time dream of Owner and Head Trainer, Anna Owens Walls. Established over 15 years ago, we have strived to provide quality equine care, as well as lesson and show opportunities for riders of all ages and levels to reach their goals. Although we focus on Hunters and Jumpers, all of our riders get a good foundation of Dressage and Centered Riding that will prepare them for any arena they choose.

Now family owned and operated, we strive to offer a fun, family-friendly environment so that the whole family can enjoy their time at the farm. Bring some iced tea, sit on our front porch swing, pet a pony and enjoy being away from the stresses of every day life!

My riding career began in 2009 when I "campaigned" my 38 year old pony, Aunt Bee, in the lead line divisions at any show that my mom attended. In 2010, my mom broke and trained my next lead line pony, and I soon found a love for the importance of flat work and understanding the mind of a horse.

Since then I've shown in walk/trot through 2'9" at our local shows, as
